Responsible Gaming

Gambling should always be entertainment, never a way to make money. This page explains the tools available to Royal Reels players and where to find free help in Australia.

Stay in control

Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Take regular breaks, avoid chasing losses, and never gamble with money reserved for rent, bills or family. Use reality check reminders to track how long you have been playing.

Player protection tools

Royal Reels lets you set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from your profile, activate cooling-off periods, or self-exclude entirely. Support can apply these limits on request within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion starts it cannot be reversed until the chosen period ends.

Signs of problem gambling

Warning signs include borrowing to gamble, hiding play from family, gambling to escape stress, and irritability when not playing. If these feel familiar, it is time to reach out - early conversations make recovery easier.
